Teresa Watson's raw, witty, and acerbically hilarious paintings come to HeyThere Projects this month. Her work seems like an uncanny representation of a sub-conscious mind in action. It's a free-association mash-up party!

Teresa Watson is a Joshua Tree-based artist, who has devoted herself to painting full-time. Besides showing locally, Teresa has exhibited her work in Los Angeles as well as her home state of Texas.

Bruce Lee's art springs from a curious mind and an eclectic existence. Bruce has long been inspired by his research into hobo lore, secret fraternal culture, as well as the folk and outsider artists he and his wife Julie Webb collect and exhibit in their gallery in Waxahachie Texas. Using found materials such as feed sacks as a substrate, these charming yet elusive pieces have a graphic punch mellowed by age. International collectors have responded to Bruce's dense musings on the mysterious peripheries of American Culture.
