Through his avian paintings and unique and unexpected titles, Matt Adrian seeks to juxtapose the purity of nature with the anxieties and absurdities of the modern human experience.

  In addition to being a painter, he is also a published author and designer. Matt owns the Los Angeles-based creative company The Mincing Mockingbird with my wife, artist/designer Kim Bagwill.
